Thank Congress for Passing Legislation to Reform the Nation's Foster Care System Both the House and Senate have acted unanimously to pass the Fostering Connections to Success and Increasing Adoptions Act. This bill represents the most comprehensive foster care and adoption legislation in more than a decade. Please send a note to your members of Congress, thanking them for acting to improve the lives of children and youth in foster care, to ensure that more can leave foster care quickly and safely for permanent families.
